As a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, our Real Estate Consultant provides strategic insight that helps shape Lock In Enterprises’ educational programming and ownership-focused initiatives. With a deep understanding of the local market, residential transactions, and investment opportunities, her expertise supports the Lock In Realty program initiatives.

Executive Creative Director

With a background rooted in visual storytelling and personal branding, our Executive Creative Director brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose to Lock In Enterprises. What began as a personal passion—capturing powerful moments through photography and helping others craft compelling resumes—evolved into a multidisciplinary creative career focused on impactful communication and brand alignment.

Caitlin made a career shift to fully embrace her creative strengths. Today, she leads the development of all brand visuals, multimedia assets, and creative direction for Lock In Enterprises. With a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of audience engagement, she ensures every visual experience reflects the heart of the brand: intentional, inspiring, and built to leave a lasting impact.

Community Experience Coordinator

Creates warm, welcoming experiences for clients, event attendees, and online audiences. Manages communications, greets guests, assists with event logistics, and ensures that every interaction reflects the heart of the brand.
